What a credit is
A credit is what it costs to publish one job listing on Return Caribbean, and it is the only unit you need to think about: no monthly subscription, no per-application fees, no surprise charges once you have paid for a package. Buy a handful of credits if you are filling one role, or a larger package if you are hiring across several positions at once, and the price per credit drops as the package size goes up.
What one credit includes
One credit publishes one listing and keeps it live for 30 days. During that window your listing appears in search results and location pages, candidates can apply directly through the platform, and you can track views and applications from your employer dashboard. If a role is still open when the listing nears its expiry date, you can renew it for one more credit rather than rebuilding the posting from scratch.
When credits run out
Credits do not expire on their own and sit in your account balance until you use them, so buying ahead of a hiring push is a reasonable way to plan for busier hiring months. If your balance reaches zero, existing published listings stay live until their 30 days run out, but publishing a new listing or renewing one requires buying more credits first. There is no charge simply for keeping a company profile, browsing the platform, or reviewing applications you have already received. Every purchase and every credit used to publish or renew a job is recorded in your transaction history, so you always have a clear record of what you spent, when, and on which listing.
